The First to Fall (2012)
A modern day interpretation of the Pied Piper story based on the perspective of the first rat.
We see that the rat goes about his business, but then a strange urge comes over him and he goes into a psychotropic trance by a sound he hears. Intrigued, the rat follows the source of that sound until he fall to his death. The state of trance is magnified with the soundtrack "Smack my Bi*ch Up" by The Prodigy.
The main theme this experimental piece deals with is temptation and how often we usually succumb to it.
